It's always great when you get a "2 for 1" deal, and even better when it's unexpected! Today I attended the Let's Get Organized seminar with Jim Wideman and Roger Fields. What great information! And a great reminder, in some cases, to maximize every moment we have and how to do that. I won't give any seminar secrets away, but I would highly encourage you to attend! We had someone here (San Diego) all the way from Idaho! I'm sure it was worth it for him, although I'm sure our beautiful San Diego weather (65 and sunny today!) was an added incentive!
The second part of the deal was a free copy of K! magazine. I'm expecting my subscribed issue to arrive any day, but all the children's pastors got a free issue at the seminar today. Haven't had a chance to read it yet, but I did briefly look through it and it looks awesome. I'm really glad, because I'm part of the interview article in the next issue...I didn't expect it to be anything but quality, but I'm glad to see that it is, in fact, a great resource.
As an added bonus, I won a bottle of Gator Snot at the seminar...not really sure if that's a good thing or not!
