Kids In Focus was founded in 2001 with a mission "to partner with local churches to reach today's kids by assisting them to develop and implement an effective Children's Ministry." We do this by....

Our Leadership
Greg Baird is Founder/Director of Kids In Focus. Greg has spent most of the past 17 years as a Children's Pastor in the San Diego area, beginning his ministry under the leadership of John Maxwell at Skyline Church, and currently serving at Shadow Mountain Community Church under the leadership of Dr. David Jeremiah. Greg has been the first Children's Pastor at three churches, applying evaluation techniques and development principles that he now offers through Kids In Focus. Greg provides Children's Ministry coaching, training and consulting in fulfillment of his vision to reach kids for Christ and help others do the same.
He is the creator of the Children's Ministry Spring Training One-day Conferences held annually in Southern California. Besides the Kids In Focus training, Greg has presented Group Publishing's Children's Ministry Magazine Live one-day seminars, and also written articles for Children's Ministry Magazine, Outreach Magazine, and others. Greg has been married for over 15 years, and lives in the San Diego area with his wife, Michele, and two sons.
